These are personal sketches of some of the main characters in my fantasy novel Foundation of a Kingdom: From left to right, Lucae Ciraenne, Emirid, and Reimme. It helps me to capture the feeling of characters to draw them, and these illustrations have inspired me to consider different aspects of their personalities and balances in their group.
Some other characters I’ve sketched are Wil Ordtauq a.k.a. the Master of the Storm, the Storm Gang (Rikney, Braumn, and Aedlin), and archer/rogue Rowaen ÇeAudtaer.
